Warm Jacket

This is soft and appears to be sturdy jacket. We live in Chicago & it is either windy, cold, snowing or all three weather conditions during the fall & winter. This coat is a Christmas gift for my pug so she'll look great & keep warm after opening her stocking on Christmas Day.
