Flow 5MM Yoga Mat

Great mat, great value

I like this mat a lot. It's great for general Hatha flows, like I usually practice, where you might be sitting, standing, and prone on the back or stomach, all in the same class. Thick enough to provide good cushioning, grippy enough to support moving standing flows, it's a great all-purpose mat, suitable for just about any kind of practice. It is a tad heavy, so keep that in mind if transporting it frequently, but it does feel very solid as a result, no slipping or moving on the floor. The length is an added bonus, as I am 6', and appreciate a longer mat. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase of this mat.

Perfect thickness, ethically made yoga mat!

I LOVE this mat. Most mats that I’ve tried feel too thin and sometimes slip around or fold underneath me. This one grips perfectly to the ground and is the perfect thickness to be comfortable under my hands and feet without being so thick that it disrupts my balance. Highly recommend trying this mat out :)

The Mukha Flow Mat's 5mm cushion plus ultimate stickiness makes a winning combo in a mat!

I mostly practice hot yoga and I love nothing better than a good, nonslip yoga mat. The first thing I noticed about my new Muhka mat was how cushiony it felt under my hands and feet. The 5mm mat is thicker than most of my other mats. I really noticed a difference, Plus the Fire Brick color really pops! To break-in the mat, I sprinkled it with sea salt, left that sit for 24 hours, then I rinsed with water. The exfoliating process of the mat helped to promote maximize stickiness and stability. In addition to how the mat looks and feels, knowing that it is non-toxic and ethically made mat is very important to me. I am very happy with this mat!
