Beware of sizing from winter to summer boots

Bought a pair of lined and unlined size 38. The unlined boots were way too big. I reached out to customer service and was told that I should have ordered a size down. I replied telling them I take a size 38 regardless if a winter boot, summer boot /shoe, high heels, sandals etc that’s my size. I paid $703.00 Canadian for the boots. The only options I was offered was to reorder a pair size smaller for a 10% discount and to sell the ones that were to big on eBay🤷‍♀️ and that’s was all they would do for me.

Really nice, I like the boots a lot.
