Love these pants

I have a few pairs of Bianco jeans and really love them for comfort and fit. I purchased the last pair online from biancojeans.com.au. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong parcel initially but they were very apologetic. The only suggestion I would make is that they should change their policy around returns in the event they have made the error. In this scenario, I don't think they should wait until they have received the returned good before shipping the correct goods - they should ship the correct goods immediately and trust the client to return the incorrect.
