I wear it to sleep and in the shower. My only gripe is how tight it is. It moves around but not as easily as the other one I got. I am a thicc girl, but I have oddly tiny wrists. I can imagine most people would want an extension option. I also got the bezel heart tennis bracelet, and it fits perfectly!
