Disappointed
I expected a much warmer shoe suitable for snowy icey winter days in the city.
- standard insole - not isolated.
- thin smooth outer sole - so slippery! and doesn't protect from the cold. I wish for a thicker rubber sole with a profile good for icey grounds
- runs long. if between sizes get the smaller one. I'm sliding forward but need the width. the supporting insole isn't working for me as the size is not right and no half size available.
- the lining in the front is thin and not fluffy/isolating
as reference I have an elegant shearling boot from Paul Green for less than half the price: fluffy warm lining at the toes and felt sole, thick outer sole. unfortunately 13y old and discontinued and runs too slim. I really hoped the roccamore boot would be very similar just wider.
