Never fulfilled- shipping shows package never received

“14 days ago we fulfilled your order of 1 x EDC Pocket Wallet from our store. We'd love to get your feedback on the product!” Buyer beware of company, ordered here instead of Amazon and made a big mistake. Contacted the company 3 times about the product, only received one response with the same shipping info. Their website immediately states fulfilled but the two different tracking ids they provided state package never received. Got two tracking ids. One shipping provider was USPS and the other DHL on the same shipping confirmation email. Order placed 3/19 still haven’t received even with paying for shipping.
