Close but needs tweaks

Generally great build quality, but the included bolts are too long to assemble and screw from the base into the handle; the holes/threading aren't deep enough by a couple of mm. Slightly shorter screws worked. Wrapping the handle with the kind of tape you wrap tennis racket handles with also helps use it in the cold, so you don't have to hold the aluminum handle directly. But I like that it's fairly solid aluminum, with structural strength for holding a scope.

Expensive...

But serves the purpose well and makes mounting/dismounting OTA easier/safer.

Excellent for use with the Celestron 14” optical tube.
