As looking through the book it is a little difficult To understand all the formulas. I hope it will be easier to comprehend once I get into it more.

Disappointed

Info good but no pics to see what plants look like. Would not have purchased this book.

Very good & helpful book to make your own plant based medicines. Much better for a body than all the synthetic items out there
