Great Jack, Disappointing Customer Service

I purchased my 1.5 jack when it first launched, but unfortunately, it stopped working after about a year. Later, I discovered through online forums that some of the early batches had similar issues, though I wasn’t aware of this at the time. I contacted customer support in hopes of getting a replacement pump, but the experience was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a clear or definitive answer or follow up email on whether they would replace it. I really like the jack, so I ended up buying a replacement pump myself. However, I wish the Pro Eagle team had been more responsive and provided clearer communication instead of leaving me in the dark.
