Disappointed
I ordered this mount as a 2nd mount to our great 10x20 backlit booth we also got from Joy Displays but one of the clip pieces for the pole that holds the mount in place showed up completely broken off and the broken piece wasn't even in the case so it was just packed broken. We didn't even discover this until we were building our booth presence the day before a show so we were having to use makeshift pieces to get it to stay in place.
