The scarf and jacket came with stains.. there was also really poor finishing on the embroidery work. I tried contacting seller about it as it was a manufacturing fault yet i would have been put of pocket with refund fees and if they would have accepted it or not. I also originaly wanted an exchange but was not possible so then asked for partical refund for reimbursement for the faults but was denied
