didn’t help

my diffuser isn’t producing scent and i bought this to clean it and it didn’t help. customer service won’t help me bc i don’t have a receipt but the store only emails it, and they can’t find a record of it. i have a credit card statement with the purchase, but the receipt is buried in my email last year and no one seems to want to help me resolve the issue. doesn’t make me confident about buying more things from this brand if there’s lacking customer support to help when devices don’t work within the first year.
