No response, terrible customer service

I had no response regarding a return I wanted to make. I still have the item brand bew and packed. Yalla have still not replied to me. I find that very unprofessional and concerning seeing as I spent a lot of money with them. I hope admin picks this up and responds. Regards, Riyadh
