Heirloom Rose Balloon Arch Kit

I contacted the store to make sure my balloons would arrive on time and they confirmed it would. Sadly they did not arrive on time. When I contacted the store about this they never responded to me. Really disappointing. Was able to order same day delivery through Amazon for same kind of balloons for a fraction of their price. So do your research before ordering here.
