Not stretchy enough to fit a 2 year old.
Description says it fits 3-24 months. It’s just big enough for my 7 month old. It would be tight on a 1 year old. It’s a pretty pink though.
I got another one in the same size and it is more elastic and it a little bigger. Interesting. Not sure why this one is so small.
I’m disappointed in the consistency of quality and size
