Good cooler, but zipper is sluggish

I like this cooler. It is a good size for me. I am not crazy about the zipper. It reminds of the Arctic cooler zippers: sluggish and difficult to zipper. I will still use it, and I will find something that makes it easier to zipper. I know that happens, but it is a pain when it happens right out of the box.
