Sacral Chakra - Crystal Infused Scented Candle

Extremely disappointed, poor customer service

3 separately emails sent regarding 2 orders both of which I am extremely disappointed with. Don’t usually do the negative feedback thing on social media but so fed-up with being ignored! Damage to packaging on chakra candle and diffuser, labradorite pendulum is dull with no iridescence which this crystal is renowned for, and ‘Good Luck’ Pack - some of the crystals are very poor, not as advertised, small and inferior in colour (whilst appreciating all crystals are unique in colour and size), these are very disappointing and were brought as a birthday gift as was the candle and diffuser. Had to buy alternative presents as haven’t been able to obtain a reply! Even more disappointed because I have bought so many items in the past, most have been good quality, but again, have returned some individual crystals or packs due to poor quality/sizing issues! Psychic Tree and highly recommended to me, I won’t be recommending or buying from them again!

These candles are amazing the smell lingers all over, recommend to everyone

Quality glass and crystals but scent unpleasant and overpowering

The size and quality of the glass holder for this candle is great, the crystals were lovely as well but unlike others I found the scent to be really unpleasant. It was massively overpowering even before the candle was lit and to me (I'm aware scent is a massively personal thing) it smelled like cheap cleaning product/soap. I tried burning it once but in the end had to throw it away as even unlit I couldn't tolerate how strong it smelt.
