i had originally bought the wrong size but customer service was super helpful with letting me know how to return and refund my item aswell as getting the right pair. as for the actual plugs i got 1/2mm and they are comfortable! i was worried they’d be too heavy and irritate my ears but id say they are the perfect weight and also looks cute

These are beautifully made and look really cool, the flare makes them a lot easier to wear and more comfortable than other coffin plugs. Love them!
