Mostly thawed when it arrived

I ordered a lot of stuff. Like 5 boxes. When they arrived they were only semi frozen. I thought it was ok but the few things I used turned bad quickly. Now I have a freezer full of stuff I do not want to chance. I’ve gone back to by chicken and ground beef at BJs

Our dog loved it!

We freeze dry most of our dog's food so edible food don't get thrown away. The tube of meat make it easy to put in the trays for freeze drying. Only thing we have a problem with is when you thaw the tube of meat. If you don't put the tube in a container in the frig when thawing it bleeds all over the shelf. This has happened with the 5 lb. tubes of pork, turkey & beef. You need a better method of packaging the tubes of meat.
