Thyme for honey?

Very nice honey, though I wouldn’t have known it was specifically a thyme honey. I had the Greek thyme honey before this Spanish one. The Greek one had a distinctive flavour of thyme that penetrated through the sweetness of the honey. It was unmistakable. This Spanish one has a lovely flavour, but lacks that thyme infusion.
