Not happy
I am not at all happy with my purchase and customer service. First of all, I didn’t receive the costume until October 26, past the time you said for returns and the costume was too small. I contacted customer service and was told you were sorry but you wouldn’t be accepting returns again until sometime in November and I should keep checking the returns page for updates on returns. That is not very efficient customer service to make your customers happy. I now have a costume I couldn’t use and I doubt very much I will be purchasing from you again. Very unfriendly customer service.
