My friend uses their products and i have grown to love them. I have a huge military macaw (wayyy bigger than she is supposed to be) and the size thats for a military is too small for her. I let them know and within minutes got me a return label sent. They are now going to send me the next size up (which is their biggest size). These guys have some really good customer service!
