Well Balanced - Great Quality

I held off on reviewing this set until I could use each knife multiple times. While the knives are not the same size as my professional set, they are perfectly balanced, the quality is amazing, and they are a joy to use in the kitchen (or I bet at camp). Let's not even get into the quality or wonderful aroma of the bison leather case!!! This is an investment, but if you cook a lot and enjoy entertaining, these knives will be around for many, many years.

The best culinary knives I’ve ever owned. Incredibly sharp. Very well balanced. And American made. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
