The Perfect Workout Comeback for New Moms
I started the at home program at 2.5 months post partum and feel so much stronger and fit after these 6 weeks! Focused on losing my pregnancy weight, I lost 1-1.5 lbs each week through discipline with these workouts, running and a good diet. I loved that most workouts are 30-45minutes because it was just the time I had free when my baby was napping or having chill time. My baby loved watching me excercise! lol. I combined these workouts with running 20-30minutes 3 days a week. So happy with my purchase and excited to buy the 2.0 at home guide next!!

Worth It!
I'm in week 2 of this workout guide and so far it has been great! I previously purchased one of Rachel's Strength guides which was also awesome. I was able to move up my weight amount but I was doing everything from home because a gym membership isn't in the cards for me right now. I was really excited when I saw this at-home guide because I couldn't do everything in the Strength guide since I didn't have all the equipment (I knew going in that was the case so it was fine and I adapted where needed). I've been working out at home for 15 years and am also certified to teach small group fitness so I was worried this guide would be too easy but let me tell you, these workouts are tough!! I really feel like I'm going to have a lot of growth in the coming weeks. I really appreciate everything Rachel makes including her cookbook!

Longtime coming, and so happy I took the plunge!
Ever since Rachael's "At Home" guide came out several years ago around the pandemic, I always wanted to give it a shot. I always thought her exercises/guides were too hard for me and that I wouldn't be able to keep up. Fast forward to Black Friday 2024 and I finally decided to take the plunge and just do it! I'm trying to get into a better workout routine and this has been HUGE for helping me do that! I hate doing cardio, but listening to Rachael's Spotify playlist alongside doing the workouts give me so much motivation. I'm only halfway through week 2, but I'm loving how I feel! I feel stronger, more energized, and motivated to continue the routine. There's plenty of modifications I can implement and are demonstrated in the videos so that if it feels to hard I can adjust and then build up to in subsequent weeks. I'm excited to try the other "At Home" bundles after finishing this one!
