As a lucky grandmother who frequently has grandchildren in my car, I am obsessed with car seat safety and have been stalking Britax for the ClickTight PLUS since the recommendation for a third layer of side impact protection came out over a year ago. Capital Kidz was the first store that I found that actually had it and having no experience with them, I went ahead and ordered. Even though we had Federal holidays in between ordering and delivery, the service was prompt, the communication was timely and reliable and the car seat was just what I ordered. The car seat is perfect, and my granddaughter declared it was "my throne" and her intention to keep it until she's a grown up.
