My experience from order to delivery and then use of this chair has been excellent. I had questions and customer service responded in real time. Processing the order was simple and delivery to my door was a few days. The chair was mostly assembled and delivered in a very secure wooden box. A little challenging to open but it protected my chair during transit. The chair itself is top quality, easily as good as the one at my gym. This is going to make a big difference to my health concerns - being able to do stretches and exercises at home when I can't get to the gym. Thank you!
