I was very disappointed in the quality of the internal strainer. It is made of a very flimsy metal, not hard wearing at all. It is very bendable and the tea leaves get stuck in the bottom rim. It is very difficult to remove ALL the used tea leaves without risk of damaging or denting the walls of the strainer. I am not sure how long the strainer will last. The teapot itself is very satisfactory but having a slightly longer strainer would be better. I also have the exact same teapot in half the size and the strainer is of the same poor quality. And there is very little difference between the strainers in length.

Good little pot for my desk at work

It's perfect for my desk at work. Pour a little too fast and it leaks a little however if you slow down it's a perfect pour!
