Item arrived sooner than anticipated and in good condition. Bought the sandals specifically for the soft foot bed feature. A bit softer than my original Arizona's but not life changing. Got this pair for my plantar fasciitis and so far, as with any Birkenstock, you need to break this in. I'm walking around the house wearing socks with this and so far, so good. PT approved so I'm keeping it.
