Beautiful, Unique - Incredible Service

If I could give more stars, I would. The shoe is a beautiful and unique Loafer. Not only is the product beautiful but the customer service from this team is absolutely incredible. I purchased another shoe from Lethato previously and when I recently purchased this Loafer, the Lethato team contacted me to ensure the Loafer size I ordered was what I wanted because it was smaller than the size I ordered for my previous purchase. I responded that I have a narrow foot and wear my loafers with no socks and my normal shoe size in Loafers seem to slip so I like to wear a smaller size in Loafers. When I received them today they fit just as I like. What’s incredible to me is this level of customer service is coming from another Continent. I don’t get this level of dedication and care here in the U.S. Very, very impressed!!!! Thank you, Lethato!!!! I will be back for more…
