Gloves fit great. The padding feels great. Well worth it
Daniel · May 24, 2026
The gloves are very tight. The length is perfect, and when you first put them on they seem to fit fine, but as soon as you make a fist they feel overly tight. The D3O padding creates uncomfortable pressure on the knuckles. It gets even worse when actually riding. When wrapping the handlebar and trying to reach the gear shifter, they become very uncomfortable and cause fatigue over time. I really wanted to return them, but unfortunately I had already cut off the tags before going for a ride. I tried soaking them in water and stretching them. Now I can at least ride in them, but the D3O pads still create noticeable discomfort. I don’t understand why the manufacturer didn’t add a softer layer between the D3O pads and the knuckles. Hopefully, with more time, they will stretch further and finally become usable. I’ve since seen several YouTube reviews where people raised the same issue years ago, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated problem. Other than that, the gloves look well built, but there are some loose threads, which is unacceptable at this price point. The top material also shows signs of wear very quickly—even without crashing, after just the first ride they already looked like gloves I’d been using for weeks or months.
