Hazelnut Classic Cake

2nd horrible experience with this bakery. Arrived today to pick up my order, and they could not find my cake. The cashier went through their order receipts only to discover my cake was given to someone else yesterday…how/why, especially when someone called me the day I placed my order to confirm the date?! The baker had to rushed to make me another cake. I would like to say this was a one off experience, but the same thing happened the last time I ordered a cake from them too. They had to rush to find me a replacement cake (not what I ordered). Imagine I had showed up right before the bakery closed, and the baker was already gone. My husband would not have had a burthday cake! Really unorganized. Will be the last time I order here!
