Excellent way to get started

Bundle comes with a good variety for a really good price.

Really good, could have been great

Detail and overall quality are excellent. The main issue with this set is that the Brits never used the M4A3, so that model is completely useless in this set except that you might be able to put the turrets onto some spare Firefly hulls and add a MG to make a M4A4 Sherman V. Not 100% but much better than the M4A3. Otherwise, there's a few small things which could be improved. For example, the M3A1 half track side parts have locating holes at the wheels and tracks, but there are no locating pins at the tracks on the mating parts, so the sides float around a bit and you have to be really careful to get them positioned correctly. And the sprue gates on most of the tank tracks (many other models are also affected by this) are on the outside of the track where the subsequent cut is visible so needs cleaning up - it would have been much better if the gate was on the inside of the track. To me, the detail on the infantry set looks a little soft compared to other infantry sets, but the figures are still more than acceptable. Some figures carrying a dismantled Vickers MG instead of having all 4 in firing position would have been most welcome.
