It helped sweeten my mead without increasing the alcohol content.

Not a fan of dry wines. This backsweetening kit worked VERY well to give my first batch of mead a level of sweet that I found quite nice. Just the right size for a newbie like me.

Amazing experience all around from craft a brew

I've wanted to make mead for around 6 years, but I always stopped short of buying the kit. Someone close to me got me the kit for Christmas and I've already made two batches and have a third batch fermenting in the closet, I've bought this back sweetening kit twice now and I'm very happy with its results.
