The Stretcher Under Door Tool

Well, the label was damaged so it had to be reissued at the local post office. Then, only one item, of eight, made it to my residence, which is the, “under the door bypass tool.” Everything else has not made it to my residence. Since this delay is not my fault, I request you reissue those items I purchased and send them to me in the most expeditious manner possible. Please advise.

I never got this part of package I only got the DDT tool. Why is that?
