My order was shipped wrong - completely understandable, the store was under the pump at a busy time and human error happens. I sent an email to support to advise them and they were IMMEDIATE with their reply, corrected the order and shipped it out that same day. Couldn’t ask for better handling of a minor issue, and they were extremely polite and courteous. I have shopped with them before and their quality always has me coming back, I will be a long-time customer of theirs for sure.
