Dynamic "Cardoba" 2 Person Ultra Low EMF FAR IR Sauna (DYN-6203-01 Elite)

I purchased this sauna 3 weeks prior to Father’s Day for a gift. It was shipped within 3 days. The Carrier they used arrived on the delivery date but did not have the sauna. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told they will contact the carrier and see if they could get them to still make the delivery on that day since this was the Friday before Father’s Day. They indicated that they would call me back with the status. By 4:30 pm I had not heard back and had to contact the manufacturer again. They said there is no way that the carrier could deliver the sauna today and that they had contacted me with this information. **Update** The sauna was delivered on Monday and I was contacted by Saunas Direct to make sure that it was delivered and resolved all of my concerns.
