My husband and I both have these pillows and love them. It has been the best pillow for my neck issues. Not too stiff and not too soft, perfect. I don't find that they make me sweat and my sleep has been so much better. I love them so much, I gifted a set to my sister and brother-in-law.

…and they liked it! This guy goes through a new pillow every six months - to the point that there is now a hefty collection of rejects in a closet. After the first night, he said it was too soft. Zipped both zippers - nope, too hard. Unzipped one - just right! Nice to finally have a winner!
