Alexander Sport Shirt in Solid Brown

Had to return due to wrong size shipped

Beautiful shirt. Not enough of this color anywhere. I wear a medium, but an extra large was shipped. I sent it back, and the money was refunded promptly.

Soft and comfortable dress shirt, fits accurately, impeccable customer service

For reference, I'm 5'9", 145lb, and ordered size M. I purchased the Alexander Sport in Solid Brown. First, I loved the autumnal color of a darker brown speckled with red-orange. Size M fits as advertised - slightly boxy on me, but I'm a fan of slightly roomy dress shirts, and it checks that box. Further, it is incredibly soft and comfortable. The important note to this review is that Size M was sold out between when I initially saw the shirt and when I came back to order. So, I emailed customer service to see if they suggested another shirt or size, and they contacted me the following day saying they actually did have Size M in their warehouse, it hadn't reflected on the website yet. They then shipped out that shirt the following day, and by the next it was at my door. Not only is the product great, the customer service was perfect. I'll be gushing about this purchase and this company for months. Thank you!
