The shoes are handmade and I understand they are all unique but the shoes were actually hurting my ankle and feet and when I reached out to return them the store was onboard and they offered an exchange so I chose a dress to play it safe and paid extra money for the dress plus extra shipping only to be told after my “return had been accepted” that my return has been rejected… I guess this company just lost a customer but I’m sure they could care less…
