After contacting the company regarding my concerns and requesting assistance, my emails are now being ignored. It’s frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn’t meet expectations and then be unable to get a response from the seller. If you’re looking for bags that can handle everyday use, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
