I was looking for a chef coat with more of an athletic thin fit and found it. Most chef coats are baggy and big, mostly made with a generic one size fits all sort of feel. This coat actually has a taper and fits me as a 6'0" thin chef. Time will tell how it holds up but I'm very happy with my purchase so far.
