I think this is a perfect contemporary update to the Dirty Dozen design. Love the size, dial texture, and lume on the signed crown. Wears fantastically on any strap. Keeps great time (+/- 2-3 seconds a day so far). There were some unfortunate issues with FedEx on my order. Judy was amazing and went above and beyond to make things right as quickly as possible. Ich bekam diese Uhr zum Hochzeitstag. Ich habe sie wegen ihres außergewöhnlichen Aussehens haben wollen. Mir gefällt die Zifferblattgestaltung, die Leuchtfähigkeit in der Nacht und das sehr genau gehende Miyota-Uhrwerk. Die Vario-Uhr sitzt perfekt am Handgelenk. Die Aufzugskrone behindert das Tragen der Uhr nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hersteller/Verkäufer war absolut kundenfreundlich. Deshalb empfehle ich diese Uhrenmarke uneingeschränkt weiter.

Disappointed with 1945 D12

I did a lot of research and saw many YouTube videos before finally deciding to place an order. The customer service team was excellent and delivered the watch within 5 working days. However, after receiving the watch I was very disappointed. Main reasons below. 1) The 37mm dial is very small and is not suitable for wrist's size over 6 inches. My wrist is 6.5 inch and it looks very small. 2) The cordura strap is very hard and not comfortable 3) The biggest issue is the lume. On the Vario website it speaks very highly of the lume but please don't be fooled. It is very bad and almost non existent. I was advised to expose the light to sunlight and then check. I did that for many hours (at 40C) over 3 days but still the lume does not show anything in the dark. I cannot read the time in the dark. Before the watch was dispatched I was told that the team would do a quality check but seems like it was not done, and I was sent a defective piece. I honestly don't feel like wearing the watch anymore. So before you buy, please keep the above points in mind.
