Perfect replacement for sugar

Was looking for a honey which i can use in homemade ice cream and other desserts, i finally found it! This honey is very sweet tasting and perfect to replace sugar, honestly it's one of the best honeys ive hever tasted. The only 'bad' thing is that because it's crystylised its hard to mix and scoop, when i liquidised it the texture and taste just wasn't the same, so all in all an amazing honey, just depends on your preference how you like it!
