Very poor quality and design

The printing of the name and symbol was not good quality. It looks different from the picture on the website. My laptop could not fit into the bag too. The zip is not user friendly. When my bag is full and i zip up one side, the other side opens up. Overall i am unhappy with the bag. I will not buy from the Imprint again.

This is my 4th purchase from The imprint. Quality is good and printing is exquisite. Got one bag for myself and the other three are gifts, fellow friends love it very much too. Would be back to purchase their customised products moving forward.
