I am using this device to protect keys to the lock I am putting on a cage over my backflow system in the front yard of my house. Our local water supplier recommends we do not cage our backflow, because they must have access to it 24/7/365. However, by providing them a means to get the key and open it on site, we are able to protect the value of the brass contained within the backflow. In our particular area, backflow thefts are rampant, as thieves, turn in the brass for money. This device gives me the peace of mind I need to know that my backflow is safe from theft and accessible to the utility.

I'm trying to set the combination Keykeep1 key box according to the directions, but the A/B switch inside the box is stuck in the A position. All tumblers are set to 0000. The front toggle switch that opens the door is stuck in the up position. I sent an email to the UK for help. You should have a phone support arm for the USA. This could take days to fix. Not happy with the product or support. No phone number in the literature. I have pictures if you want them.
