Gaucho Brown Grain 6 Eye Astronaut Boot

I've only owned one pair of Solovair shoes before, these were a pair of steel toecap shoes which I bought for work and which lasted a long time. It is important to me that my shoes and boots don't wear out within 12 months , and this is why I choose these Solovair boots over a similar pair made by the other well known shoe manufacturer. Obviously it's too early to tell how long these boots will last as their just under a month old, but I was pleased with the quality of the construction of the boots and thickness of the leather. The boots are very comfy , and I managed to break them in without having to wear plasters on my heels.

Great service and product. I ordered the Cordovan Derby initially. Lovely shoe but wasn’t for me. I changed it for the astronaut boot which I love. The gaucho leather is very forgiving. Any scratches come out easily and I’m looking forward to how the leather will age. It’s very comfortable and spacious. I ordered true to size

Exceptional quality as expected. The toe box in the 493 last is more narrow and suits my narrow feet and longer middle toe perfectly. This meant my actual size was perfect. Like me, if you have narrow feet and a longer middle toe, and struggle to fit length and width in other shoes, I highly recommend the astronaut boot with the 493 last in your actual size. You won’t need insoles, just wear a good quality boot sock.
