Rumour Eyeshadow Primer Base

Used it for the base of my eye shadow and I’m absolutely in love with how it applied, blended and popped the colour of my eyes 🥰

I have hooded eyelids and felt every time i wore eyeshadow my lids would get greasy and would smudge my eyeshadow. This is a game changer. Only worn twice and both times my eyeshadow stayed put! Love it and definitely recommend to anyone who wants their eyeshadow to stay for longer.

The eye base makes it so easy to blend shadow on top and allow for a bright pigmented look, a little of this product also goes a long way. Love it!
