Beautiful shoes

Very beautiful shoes. They have lovely soft padding. I purchased my regular size 10 according to the size chart, but they are quite narrow fitting compared to my old 'vibe' brand sneakers and too tight on my feet. I returned them and received a full refund. Look at their returns policy as I had used a $20 voucher from Holster to join the mailing list. I used the voucher on my purchase, full priced sneakers which then meant I didn't qualify for a refund as my shoes were considered 'discounted' I was only offered an exchange or store credit! I sent an email explaining I need a refund and customer service was excellent and they manually did a refund for me.
