Excellent Customer Service!

I transposed the street address on a gift order. The house it was delivered to kindly marked it return to sender. When I contacted Geometry, I told them what had happened and asked what options I might have. Without missing a beat, they sent a new order right away. Customer service can make or break a company. I already loved the products that Geometry offers, but when they corrected an error that I made, without complaint, well they just moved to the top of my gift giving list. Thanks Geometry!

Such a cute design! I also love that the not-a-paper towel is dark so that coffee stains do not show through it. After the first washing they are more absorbent. You might want to wash them, before using them, to soften them up.

Very Thin

I was quite disappointed in these towels. They are much thinner than expected.
